Eligibility for Returns
1.1 Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
1.2 Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging with tags attached.
1.3 Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or email confirmation) is required. -
Non-Returnable Items
2.1 Personalized or custom-made items (including custom designs or sizing) cannot be returned.
2.2 Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for return.
2.3 Gift cards are non-returnable. -
Exchanges
3.1 Exchanges are offered for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability.
3.2 If the desired item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead. -
Refunds
4.1 Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
4.2 Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account after processing. -
Return Shipping
5.1 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
5.2 For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return label. -
How to Start a Return

6.2 We will provide instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
